The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care. Our client's service specialises in supporting individuals with a range of needs resulting from physical and long-term neurological conditions.
What we're looking for:
NMC Registration: Current registration with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
Clinical Experience: Completion of a recognized nursing program with relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care.
Professional Standards: Commitment to upholding ethical and professional nursing standards, demonstrating compassion, respect, and empathy at all times.

What you'll be doing:
Deliver Nursing Care: Provide compassionate nursing care to patients with a variety of medical needs, including those with physical and long-term neurological conditions.
Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information, ensuring timely updates and interventions.
Collaborative Care Planning: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
Patient and Family Support: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, offering support to patients and their families throughout their care journey.
