My client specializes in the manufacture and supply of batteries, battery packs, chargers, and lighting products for both individuals and professionals. They are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
Key Accounts Manager
Location: Solihull
Schedule: Full Time / Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £36,000 - £40,800 dependent on experience + OTE
Type: Permanent
Main responsibilities:
* Develop existing customers by creating partnerships
* Produce, implement, and maintain account development plans for a portfolio of customers
* Identify and develop new opportunities within your portfolio
* Provide accurate forecasting from your customer portfolio
* Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets in line with company requirements
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and services
* Develop internal relationships with colleagues to provide the best service to customers
* Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet deadlines for long-term goals
* Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for teams and management
Profile / skills required:
* Confident telephone manner and tenacious sales approach
* Ability to apply, win, and manage public-private tenders
* Strong negotiation and leadership skills
* Minimum of 5 years experience developing B2B customers, creating partnerships, and increasing revenue
* Higher education in commerce
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
