Job Description COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE •Be accountable for the commercial success of the floor or department and drive store performance •Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects •Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs •Seek feedback from the store manager and plan and implement changes as appropriate TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT •Lead and inspire a team of retail supervisors and sales advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive store performance •Work closely with the store management team and oversee the day to day running of the store in their absence •Be a FLANNELS ambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders and senior leadership teams •Support the training and development of Supervisor and Sales Advisor team OPERATIONAL EFFICIANCIES •Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures •Use business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and ensure your team understand all key functions •Control stock movement, run accurate store audits and implement visual standards to company guidelines
