We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician. You will be supporting our colleagues as the front line for the Service Delivery team where no two days are the same and the possibilities to learn, train in other areas and develop are endless!
The Role of an IT Service Desk Advisor
* You’ll log incoming support calls and emails, working as part of a great team striving to achieve the best results first time!
* You will resolve issues with PCs, laptops, printers, phones and in-house software.
* You will be trained on how to look for proactive resolutions on common issues and faults.
* You will offer help and support, ensuring all customers have a great customer experience.
What do you need to succeed as an IT Service Desk Advisor?
* Competent with ticket logging and updating.
* Able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults.
* Strong communication skills.
* General interest in technology.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:30. Once your training is complete, you will mostly work from home with occasional need to work from our head office in Manchester.
