Warehouse Team Leader - Night Shift
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Night Shift based at our Food Service Distribution Centre in Needham Market. Reporting to the Night shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the night operations to achieve deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service.
You will ensure accurate delivery of goods to our customers; enable and support picking, packing, and loading processes while keeping the warehouse in a clean and tidy order whilst maintaining Health and Safety standards and compliance to Food Safety.

The ideal Warehouse Team Leader will be:
A person who has worked previously with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Able to work methodically with a good attention to detail
Work to tight deadlines.
Confident in leading a team
Experienced in working in a multi-temperature environment.
Can maintain Health and Safety standards in the workplace
Self-motivated, reliable and has a Can-Do attitude.
Flexible in their approach to their working hours to meet business requirements.
Well organised and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
Experienced in operating MHE, Counterbalance and or Reach (desirable)
