Corporate Internal Account Co-Ordinator

Job Summary:
The Corporate Co-ordinator role is to offer first line support to the corporate account customer base, delivering a structured and consistent approach to all requests. Handle inquiries and requests from customers that can range from a fault on the service, invoicing, and service queries. Find solutions to their issues and address their needs, handle customer complaints and initiate corrective actions. Involve other team members or departments if needed, follow up the progress and keep the customer updated:
1. Delivering outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders
2. Building on established relationships with key personnel
3. Fully understand customers' business requirements
4. General administrative duties producing regular business reports
5. Answering phone calls and updating CRM system
6. Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly
7. Communicating fluidly with other departments
8. Ownership of customer requirements and escalate when required
9. Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
10. Updating and monitoring open account cases on CRM system
11. Producing regular business reports
12. Liaise with suppliers to ensure any service upgrades are passed to the Sales team
13. Review supplier charges and query with suppliers if required
14. Complete contract paperwork
Who you are:
1. Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
2. Exceptional in written and oral communication
3. Able to develop knowledge and acquire new skills
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to fluid change
5. Having a high attention to detail
What we offer:
1. £28,000 to £30,000 (DOE) Basic Salary
