Verve People are looking for a Chef Manager (Strong Head or Exec Chef) for a Conference Centre. This is a permanent position.
Work Schedule:
1. 5/7 days per week
2. 40 hours per week
Salary: £45k
Overtime: In lieu
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sit down lunch for approximately 1000 guests.
2. Maintain a 2 rosette level of service.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a professional Chef with at least 12 months experience as a Chef Manager/Head Chef within a large venue.
2. Clear CV outlining relevant experience and able to provide 2 years worth of professional references.
3. Access to Food Level 2 or higher in Food Safety / Food Hygiene.
4. Experienced in food allergens, intolerances, and food groups.
