WHAT YOU WILL DO
You’ll be responsible for analysing and monitoring sales portfolio structures, ensuring they align with our sales strategies, growth initiatives, and overall business plans. This role plays a key part in contributing to the successful delivery of the CSO business plan and achieving EBITDA targets.
Collaboration is essential, as you will engage with key stakeholders across CSO, CCO, and CFO functions to align sales, portfolio, and risk requirements. Your ability to foster strong partnerships will be crucial in balancing strategic objectives with risk management.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing a standardised product portfolio while defining tolerances for non-standard products. This will be done in accordance with target sales portfolio structures, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
1. Advise Front Office Sales in day-to-day operations to help maintain target sales portfolio structures profit generation and value protection in CSO and CCO.
2. Improve and maintain sales product and portfolio guidelines for Front Office Sales.
3. Assist in corporate approval processes for selected sales tenders.
4. Contribute to development of complex sales products and contractual solutions.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge about sales products, pricing, portfolio and risk management and associated processes across CSO, CCO and CFO.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicting interests effectively, particularly between Front Office Sales and Sales Portfolio Management, as well as between CSO and CCO. You will be responsible for balancing competing priorities, ensuring alignment between sales objectives and portfolio management strategies while fostering collaboration across departments.
Your ability to navigate complex discussions and find mutually beneficial solutions will be essential in maintaining business efficiency and achieving strategic goals.
1. Ability to negotiate and manage conflicting interests, in particular between Front Office Sales and Sales Portfolio Management as well as between CSO and CCO.
2. Ability to communicate complex issues in the right format and way to different audiences on all working and management levels across the entire SEFE group.
3. Analytical thinking and commercial awareness to understand the dynamics, chances and risks of an ever changing energy market and to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
4. Organisational awareness to understand processes and ways of working in a complex functional matrix organisation.
