THE ROLE The Facilities Coordinator is a new role for The Roof Gardens growing team. This role will be responsible for providing efficient facilities admin support to all staff and assisting the Head of Facilities with the management of maintenance of The Roof Gardens (TRG) building systems and fabric. Furthermore, assisting on Facilities Management (FM) projects and General Maintenance, as part of a team and individually, for example, office moves, offsite inventory storage. You should enjoy a hands-on approach to your work and not be afraid of getting involved in all aspects of FM & Maintenance. Summary of key activities: Support Head of Facilities with overseeing all property management and administrative coordination tasks. Assist the Head of Facilities with outsourcing work to contractors. Manage contractors and vendors efficiently. Ensure communication across all TRG teams related to scheduled (and unscheduled) facilities related information. Monitor and update Pronett (CAFM). Hold weekly inspection tours and host meetings with the Head of Facilities to report findings. To assist with the management of Health and Safety and maintenance of H&S records. Conduct risk assessment procedures where required. Regular contact with the Head of Facilities to discuss any issues as and when they arise.
