LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 50 city firm whose highly ranked employment team, have an opportunity for an employment lawyer to join them on an initial 12-month contract basis starting in May 2025. The position is for someone who is qualified in England and Wales with at least 5PQE.
You will be responsible for supporting the team on a mixture of contentious, non-contentious and advisory work. The team represent businesses and household brands in the retail, luxury, and hospitality sectors. They also work with clients in financial services and across Europe and beyond. In addition to this, the team represent high value an ultra-high net worth individuals and have a very small caseload of employee work. You will join a collaborative team of 15 lawyers ( consisting of partners associates and support) and be an integral part of this highly successful and collegiate practice. this really is a positive place to be. The role is to initially cover a maternity leave however the team are strategically growing as they get busier with new instructions and so there is a long-term opportunity for the right person to join this highly regarded team.
