Annual leave 23-25 days BH per annum, On-site Gym, Pension, Travel to London paid, Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm. Core responsibilities will typically include: Raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full product schedules. Owning and maintaining a pipeline of projects. Site visits to finalise detail. Daily admin / high volume of emails. Preparing small quotes for extras / revisions. Follow up of projects, keeping in touch with the key stakeholders, at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed. Building lasting relationships with customers within the construction industry, from Interior designers and Architects through to Contractors. Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector. Experience gained in a luxury product-based business. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Motivated by customer satisfaction and closing the sale. Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently. Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM).
