The Role:
This role will support our Concessions business, owning and managing all key maintenance issues across our airport restaurant locations. This is a field based role with national travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership & Management of Key Maintenance/Trade Impacting Issues
* Overall Management of Planned & Statutory Maintenance Tasks
* Managing Relationship with External Maintenance Helpdesk, monitoring performance
* Contractor Management, managing KPIS
* Operations Team Relationships, main point of contact for the operational team
* Visiting & Surveying Restaurants in our airport locations
* Cost Management Ownership
Requirements:
* Experience of working in an airport environment
* Understanding of Facilities Management Systems
* Previous experience with HVAC equipment
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working
* Be able to multi-task and prioritise key business issues
* Be proactive with a strong desire for continuous improvement
* Have good knowledge and understanding of Statutory Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations etc.
* Have good Excel and Outlook IT Skills
The Location: Field based with national travel
