We are recruiting a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Logic Resourcing. This is an excellent chance to work on diverse construction projects, from student accommodations to warehousing units and residential buildings.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation to ensure project success. You'll manage contracts, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining smooth financial operations throughout the project lifecycle.
With your expertise in quantity surveying, you will provide valuable cost advice while building strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and project success.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, with a strong understanding of JCT contracts. Mechanical, electrical or plumbing experience would be beneficial.
