Warrington £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
Due to company growth, our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join them – to work alongside a team of Account Managers, Customers and Service desk to provide an efficient and accurate service.
Role responsibilities:
1. Matching monthly supplier invoices to Purchase orders.
2. Liaising with suppliers – via email and telephone to handle any enquiries
3. Scheduling sales
4. Adding & removing licenses
5. Producing quotations
6. Working with internal team to deal with face to face/phones to manage customer enquiries.
7. Liaising with finance and operations to clear up sales invoices
8. Coordinating orders
9. Role requires to cover / support for other roles within business support area, re finance, sales and operations.
Skills required:
10. Being a team player, working collaboratively and supportively with others
11. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
12. Demonstrating Initiative and pragmatism
13. Work collaboratively with others to ensure excellent service is provided
