The Role:
Working as part of a team, the Case Manager role will be focused on:
* Assisting with incoming enquires.
* Offering advice and assisting with technical issues.
* Ensuring the client and the enquiry is handled in a professional and helpful manner.
* Administrative responsibilities including logging details, updating data and processing any relevant admin.
About You:
Due to the nature of the role, the new Case Manager / Administrator will require:
* Superb communication skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* A strong personality and enthusiastic attitude are key - personable and a true team player.
* A fast leaner who takes takes pride in doing a job well.
* 6 months + of commercial/office admin.
* CS experience.
