Our stunning luxury client based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in this brand-new role. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience within hotels and will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of a busy sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day management of the Sales and Events Office
2. Overseeing all event enquiries and planning from Conference and Banqueting, Weddings, Wakes, Christmas Parties and beyond
3. Proactively develop new sales strategies
4. Responsibility for the checking of all function sheets and event packs before being sent on to Operations
5. Collating post-event feedback from clients
6. Producing reports for presentation to General Manager and Owners
Key skills/experience:
1. Previous sales experience within the hotel industry is essential
2. The ideal Sales Manager will have a passion for revenue generation
3. Commercially aware
4. A creative thinker with the ability to develop new ideas from concept to execution
