Job summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapists to join our comprehensive Band 5 rotation scheme. Could this be you? We invite applications from newly qualified physiotherapists or those with some post-graduation experience who are keen to consolidate and build on graduate skills and broaden their experience, to join our well established and comprehensive Physiotherapy Rotation. The rotations are of 6 months duration and take place across the following disciplines: Community Therapy, Stroke Unit, Community Hospital, Community Respiratory Service, Children's Therapies, Mental Health, Learning Disability and MSK, across the whole of Oxfordshire. Main duties of the job You will work as a Band 5 physiotherapist in a variety of teams providing a high standard of physiotherapy care to patients with a range of presentations and conditions providing assessment, agreeing meaningful goals and formulating individualised treatment plans. You will work as an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for your own caseload working without direct supervision but with support from senior physiotherapists within the department. You will be expected to participate in regular in-service training, and formal and informal supervision. The variety of clinical placements have different working hours, the majority work Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 but some offer a service 8.00 am - 8.00pm Monday to Sunday therefore there will be a requirement for you to work flexibly between those times.
