This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – compensation & benefits; payroll; HR business partnering, DE&I and HR Projects. Your Role Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant. You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration. You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties. Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as: Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development Employee Wellbeing Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy. You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.
