* Define and manage OKRs and KPIs that align with our commercial and customer objectives.
* Own journey performance data and deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Lead test-and-learn experiments and implement incremental improvements.
* Identify and close capability gaps across the marketing team to embed journey thinking.
* Influence across functions to drive joined-up delivery and seamless customer experiences.
* Deliver regular reporting and insight back to the GTM Lead and leadership teams.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in digital journey mapping, optimisation or performance management.
* Proven track record of using data and analytics to drive performance improvements.
* Deep commercial awareness and a keen interest in metrics and OKRs.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams and knowledge of customer experience strategy and digital marketing.
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal and visual (e.g. dashboards, reporting) and comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing, customer-led business.
