o maintain an action plan to resolve gaps and mitigate impacts,
o define/document process and data inputs to maintain and automate where possible (e.g., feeds from Splunk), ensuring that 2 others (to be nominated) can maintain.
· Build an Excel multi-year cost book per platform (IKP and PCF) with a sub-book per cost/contract, summarised to calculate total annual costs (numerators), and sub-book per platform for allocated/forecasted volumes (see above), summarised to calculate annual volumes (denominator):
o calculate platform recharge rates, reconcile actuals to the modelled costs, report the rate breakdown,
o maintain an action plan to improve costs/rates,
o define/document process and data inputs to maintain and automate where possible (e.g., feeds from Splunk), ensuring that 2 others (to be nominated) can maintain.

· Experience of creating cost models to determine total cost of ownership and recharge rates.
