Job role: The Office / Parts Administrator role requires excellent attention to detail and proven experience of working in an administrative position involving processing information.
Location: Winchester, free parking available on site.
Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm and / or 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Office / Parts Administrator role includes:
1. Accurately recording parts information on the company database
2. Processing customer parts orders
3. Updating stock levels using the database and excel
4. Arranging delivery for parts and stock for the warehouse
5. Pricing parts and updating the database with price changes and new parts codes
6. Being able to assimilate information and numerical data
7. Listing spare parts on various e-commerce sites including the company website and ebay
8. Maintaining accurate parts databases with details including serial numbers, product descriptions, pricing and stock levels
9. Scheduling deliveries, collections and service calls
10. Updating the database with stock information
11. Picking parts orders from the warehouse and delivering to the workshop on-site
