We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Programme Achievement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the academic success and personal development of our students. The Programme Achievement Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supporting student progress, implementing effective intervention strategies, and working closely with both students and staff to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will monitor and track student progress across assigned programmes and develop and implement intervention strategies to support student achievement. Collaborating with teaching staff to identify and address student needs is crucial, as is providing guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters. You will analyse performance data and report on student outcomes, coordinate with parents and guardians to ensure student success, and contribute to the development and implementation of college policies and procedures. Participation in staff meetings and professional development activities is also required. The successful candidate will also have special responsibility for the further development and monitoring of the tutorial system cross-site.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Our ideal candidate should hold a teaching qualification and have proven record of high-quality teaching and learning standards. A strong understanding of academic performance metrics and intervention strategies is essential, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively with staff and students, coupled with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, is necessary. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment is a must.
