An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator, with a focus on liaising with Tenants and supporting the wider team, based at our Head Office in Sale. Experience in a similar role, or within the property industry itself would be beneficial.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the private rental sector. Working with your team, you'll be fundamental in ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who cares about the people around them and is willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
1. Full training will be provided.
2. Day to day management of a large property portfolio including:
3. Managing the expectations of the tenant. Being able to confidently explain legislation and tenant obligations.
4. Responding and handling tenant questions/queries during their tenancy.
5. Liaise with block management regarding any communal issues.
6. Managing communal email inboxes.
7. Working alongside other members of the team and offering support where necessary.
8. This role primarily involves engaging with tenants over the phone, so we are seeking candidates who are confident and comfortable handling phone interactions.

* Prior experience working within the property industry (highly beneficial but not essential).
* Prior knowledge of property functions and management.

* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
