HSE Manager
Alexander Steele is working with a global food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for a dynamic HSE Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work alongside the SLT, whilst playing a key role in the development and implementation of the site's HSE strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation measures to reduce risks to personnel and the environment.
3. Manage and maintain compliance to build structure to ISO14001 and other HSE related standards.
4. Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members.
Background Experience:
1. 6+ years' experience in HSE management within a food manufacturing environment.
2. NEBOSH Diploma qualified.
3. Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong COSHH knowledge.
5. A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions.
6. Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
