This role is offered as a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, based in Bristol with some hybrid working options. BDUK is seeking a Business Operations Lead role to develop and oversee the standards, processes and tools on behalf of the business in the following areas: BDUK Workforce Planning Maintain the BDUK Workforce planning command media Co-ordinate the quarterly workforce planning cycle Provide training and guidance on Workforce planning Monitor WFP process metrics and tools and continually improve Undertake assurance reviews BDUK Lessons Learned Maintain the BDUK Lessons Learned command media Co-ordinate the BDUK LL Board Communicate LL Provide training and guidance on LL Monitor LL process metrics and tools and continually improve Undertake assurance reviews BDUK Baseline Management Develop and maintain the BDUK Baseline and Change Management command media Co-ordinate the BDUK Change Board Manage BDUK Baselines Provide training and guidance on BL/CM Monitor BL/CM process metrics and tools and continually improve Undertake assurance reviews BDUK RIO Management Maintain the BDUK RIO Management command media Co-ordinate the BDUK RIO Board Administer BORIS Provide training and guidance on RIO Mgmt Monitor RIO process metrics and continually improve Undertake assurance reviews Pan BDUK internal project management Examples – Business Process Model, JANUS BDUK ESGP / BSGP Maintain the BDUK ESGP/BSGP command media Determine the applicable ESGP/BSGP process Manage Gate Lead approved status and assignment Provide training and guidance on ESGP Monitor ESGP process metrics and tools and continually improve Undertake assurance reviews Preferred Experience: Programme or Project Management experience desirable, including aspects such as Workforce Planning, Risk Managment and Baseline & Change Management Benefits: The Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
