People2people is hiring for a BID Coordinator / Writer to join a well-established Architectural practice based in Central London. This role would suit a creative and passionate writer with strong experience of BID work within the Architectural sector.
Please note, for this role you MUST have experience of BID writing in the Architectural industry, so please only apply if you can share examples of writing BIDs within this industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to produce and deliver high quality BID documents and proposals for award submissions, competitions and more.
2. Networking and developing relationships within the press.
3. Coordination of award submissions.
4. Identifying speaking opportunities such as lectures and judging opportunities.
5. Responsible for writing all the content for the BID documents and presentations, making sure they are of high standard at all times.
6. Writing of all press releases, social media posts, articles, and all other publications.
7. Identifying new opportunities for tender, keeping the management team updated.
About You:
1. Excellent writing skills, with a genuine passion and love for writing.
2. Ideally, you will have a background in creative writing or journalism.
3. You must have experience of BID writing within the Architectural industry.
4. Proactive and happy to manage your own deadlines.
5. Self-motivated.
6. Enthusiastic and passionate.
