This full-time role will start ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis. The Role: Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Take full teaching responsibility, including planning, marking, assessments, and attending parents’ evenings. Inspire students to develop a love for English and achieve their full potential. Maintain high expectations of student behaviour and progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Experience teaching English at secondary level. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
