This is a Document Controller position for a regional contractor based in Hampshire. This will consist of being fully on site for the duration of their project in Farlington. Your role would be: to take care of all project paperwork, have an understanding on Field view, ACONEX, and Share Point Set up, copy, scan, and store documents Manage requests for documentation Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when requiredPlease apply directly, or if you are looking for a role and this one isn't quite for you, send your CV through to (url removed)
