Assistant Manager – National Security – Technology (102669)
Base Location: London/Bristol plus network of 20 offices nationally.

We seek a manager with strong consulting skills and a proven track record of delivering results on complex projects focused on technology-enabled change in National Security. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold current 'National Security Vetting' aligned with a National Security organization.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting large-scale transformation projects in the National Security market, contributing to existing and upcoming opportunities.
* Helping develop robust problem-solving methodologies, structuring and reviewing complex analyses, and delivering clear, effective outputs.
* Interacting regularly with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to source insights, provide updates, and collaborate effectively.
* Engaging with client leadership teams, building strong relationships across diverse backgrounds and seniority levels, including senior leaders.
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of engagements, including work plans, timelines, resource management, and project execution.
What will you need to do it?
* Experience in complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, cost efficiency, investment support, or business case development.
* Understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies and their application to defense sector challenges.
* Strong consulting skillsets: qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and presentation creation, impactful communication, team management, influencing, and relationship-building.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
* Experience within a ‘Big 4’ or mid-tier consultancy.
