Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) delivers services to a diverse population in a variety of settings including community hospitals (Corby, Wellingborough and Daventry), local health centres and clinics, nursing homes, schools, prisons and in patient’s homes across all of Northamptonshire, and for some Sexual Health Services.
Main duties of the job
We need you to take charge of the assessment of patient care needs and develop, implement and evaluate treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will also see you act as lead for support staff on a daily basis.
