The Role in a Nutshell
Reporting to the CE, the Head of Sales role is a key senior role responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, cultivating key customer relationships, whilst aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company’s market presence, maximising profitability, and contributing to long-term business success through effective sales strategies and leadership.
Qualities We Seek
To be the right individual for this exceptional opportunity you will be commercially astute, have outstanding relationship skills and proven sales leadership ability in the FMCG environment. Ideally, you will also have strong experience with supermarkets in NZ and Australia.
