My client based in Stamford are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker to work on creating retail marketing materials, online ads and social media activity. This is a part time role but flexibility will be required, this will be an office based position.
We are looking for a creative thinker that can create concepts as well as work within established brand guidelines. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking for a part time role in the creative sector, or a recent graduate with a year+ (ideally 2 yrs) experience.
Working in a small team of 3 generating project concepts, digital artwork for print and or online and Social Media content. Using Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Hours: 15-20 per week - This is not a remote role or hybrid role.
Pay: GBP13 to GBP16 per hour.
Days: Flexible - Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Holiday: 25 / 5 weeks per annum (pro-rata)
Contract: 6 Months Contract - Possible permanent contract at the end of the term.
Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 2 years industry experience
2. Technical knowledge of print and online specs with a creative flair.
3. Ability to work across both print and digital platforms.
4. Create and assist with the management of content and posting across platforms.
5. Good communication skills and professionalism
6. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to produce concepts and production artwork.
7. An understanding of Microsoft Office, and an organised filing system.
8. Excellent attention to detail and can follow instructions
9. Excellent appreciation of layout, working to brand guidelines
10. Photo retouching product and campaign imagery
11. Knowledge of print advantageous.
12. Knowledge of social media management tools advantageous.
13. Knowledge of photography advantageous but not essential
