As a regulated organisation, we are proud to deliver the Universal Service Obligation (USO). However, with the rise of email and digital communications, people are sending fewer letters, and we need to respond. We are seeking Engagement and Transition Deployment Managers to join our team across the UK and play a pivotal role in our ongoing transformation journey. Working to the People Deployment Lead, you will provide targeted HR support to our leaders on the ground, guide our teams through people change, and help colleagues to embrace new ways of working.
You will also:
1. Provide expert, on the ground support to carefully selected units with people-related challenges during the planning & deployment of the possible USO reform programme.
2. Build robust relationships at all levels to ensure everybody understands their role in delivering transformation successfully and feels fully supported in doing so.
3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Regional Programme Managers to provide a cohesive ring of support for complex units.
4. Support units to deliver their workforce transition plan and any changes to staffing arrangements.
5. Stay connected with key sites to provide unit assurance and ensure compliance to the People Transition Plan.
