Your future team:
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role providing support to the Project/Package Manager who is managing the overall facility design contracts. You’ll collaborate with multi-discipline designers & consultants to enhance docking capabilities at a high-profile client site.
Your missions:
The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a sub-package of works, including schedule, scope, contractual, financial and risk management functions. Day-to-day tasks will include:
Assisting the technical and project team in development of requirements, project scope and solutions for specific work packages.
Providing oversight of the technical delivery and ensuring integration between multi-disciplinary engineering teams within building services or related engineering disciplines.
Translating supply chain reporting into useable data to inform planning, monitoring and control of work packages.
Managing the risk process including the identification, assessment, planning and implementation of risks, opportunities and issues.
Developing Stakeholder management and communications plans.
The role will require frequent travel to design consultants’ offices UK-wide (predominantly Bristol and Plymouth).

Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills to be successful:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a Project Management discipline with a strong engineering background.
APM Project Management Qualification (PFQ/PMQ or equivalent)
NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (desirable)
Experience in heavy civils, building services, or complex infrastructure design projects (desirable)
Knowledge of highly regulated environments (Nuclear preferred)
Client-side NEC4 contract experience (ideal)
Strong skills in document management & risk assessment

Candidates must capable of securing SC clearance (can start on BPSS).
The role will comprise of a mix of working from home, the Client site office in Plymouth and suppliers offices.
