Area: Gravesend, Kent
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am - 6pm (Sat 9am - 6pm)
You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. When working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in lieu.
Tasks
1. Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
2. Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket by phone and email
3. Arrange and conduct viewings
4. Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
5. Hitting sales targets/KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis
6. Helping with business development/getting properties to market

Benefits
1. Basic up to £22k depending on level of experience
2. On target Earnings (OTE commission + basic) commission £40k
