What You'll Do:
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering a welcoming and professional service both in person and on the phone.
* Provide patients with information about their treatment plans, appointments, and financial options.
* Manage scheduling, patient records, and inquiries with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when handling patient concerns or queries.
* Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care by ensuring efficient communication and coordination of services.
* Participate in training programs and actively develop your skills to grow within the group.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role and providing excellent customer service.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage challenges and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Resilience: Able to handle pressure and remain calm and professional in a customer-facing role.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Team Player: Willingness to support colleagues in achieving the shared goal of delivering the best possible patient care.
* Multitasking: Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently, especially when handling changing priorities.
* Technology: Competence with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
* Education: GCSEs, including a minimum of grade C in English and Maths.
* Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required, with flexibility to provide cover across different practice locations if needed.
Exceptional Candidates May Also Offer:
* Experience in the healthcare or dental sector.
* Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, and confidentiality practices.
* Welsh language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
* A keen interest in dentistry and patient care.
