£50,000 South Yorkshire Bid Manager Monday to Friday Full Time We are currently looking for a Bid Manager to support the Operations team with producing quality bid proposals across different sectors. The role As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bidding process, from initial development to final submission, ensuring the creation of high-quality bid proposals that secure tender opportunities. You will collaborate closely with team members to gather and maintain relevant information, supporting the success of future bids. As a Bid Manager you: Will work with Directors and their teams to support bids. Will assist with the internal bid team including the Design Managers. Will maintain and manage internal and external relationships with third parties. Will increase the understanding of the market and positions in the sector. Will offer assistance, support, and mentoring to other team members. To be a Successful Bid Manager you will: Have industry-specific knowledge Have a track record in the Housing Sector. Have previous experience in a similar role of one or more of the following products planned and/ or responsive maintenance and retrofit/ sustainability. Have good communication skills and can develop relationships. Proven project management skills.
