Responsibilities:
* Know your menus and products; our guests may ask questions about ingredients and allergens - be prepared to answer!
* Prepare and serve drinks to our high standards, whilst taking into consideration each guest's requirements.
* Identify VIP guests.
* Allocate roles and duties to the other F&B Service Members when on shift.
* Act as our Restaurant Host during busy periods.
* Serve as Duty Manager for the property.
* Complete additional tasks e.g., stock taking, stock ordering.

Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
* Knowledge of local food safety laws.
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities.
* Impeccable customer service skills.
* Ability to lead and manage a team.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
