What You'll Do as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer:
* Support the rollout and optimisation of the MRP system.
* Assist in production planning, inventory control, and materials management.
* Improve site layouts to optimise workflow and space usage.
* Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
* Implement lean initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
* Analyse production data and propose improvements.
* Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff on new technologies.
* Understanding of MRP systems (training provided).
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
* Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of automation technologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
