HR Administrator
Pay - £#removed# an hour
Hours - 25 hours a week, preferably over 5 days. Potentially 4 for the right candidate.
Ongoing temp for at least 3-6 months, potential temp to perm.
Please note this is an onsite role in Worthing.
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR administration? Our client is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with absence management and support long-term absence cases.
2. Support the onboarding process for new staff.
3. Promote employee well-being and facilitate referrals when necessary.
4. Post job openings, assist in interviews, conduct necessary checks and onboarding.
5. Maintain and update the HR system, learning to pull reports and support other staff members.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
6. Available to start ASAP.
