We have an excellent permanent opportunity with one of our reputed multi national hospitality client for a Simphony Architect. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Simphony Architect to lead the design and implementation of Simphony, a comprehensive hospitality management system, across our client's hotel chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, deployment strategies, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Role: Simphony Architect
Location: Dunstable, UK (Hybrid)
## Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our client's hotel chain
- Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment
- Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization
- Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation
- Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities
- Certification in Simphony architecture or related technologies (preferred)

- Proficiency in Simphony architecture and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of database design, API integrations, and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable system design
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
