Full Time – 37 hours per week
Band 7 - Salary Range £48,788 - £56,747 per annum
Distant Island Allowance of £2,380 per annum
Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available
Are you an experienced spiritual care professional ready to lead with compassion, and vision? NHS Shetland is seeking a Spiritual Care Lead to develop and deliver services across Shetland for patients, their families, and staff. Your work will align with the Scottish Government's national framework (2023), “Discovering meaning, purpose and hope through person-centred wellbeing and spiritual care.”
Key to your success will be building relationships with the community and multi-disciplinary teams across health, social care and the third sector; bringing knowledge and skills in spiritual care practice and leadership. You’ll think strategically and analytically, employing Quality Improvement methodologies to enhance and develop sustainable services.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by promoting person-centred spiritual care and wellbeing across rural settings.
