Midday Supervisor - Lliswerry Primary School
Salary: Grade 1 SCP 2 - 3 £22,366 - £22,737 (Pro rata)
The Governing Body of Lliswerry Primary School is seeking to appoint 5 x Lunchtime Supervisors. The posts are fixed term until the end of July 2025.
We are looking for someone who:
1. can work well in a team, modelling excellent relationships with both pupils and staff
2. is sensitive to the emotional, social, and wellbeing needs of children
3. has a sound understanding of child development and enjoys supporting children's play
4. would enjoy working as part of a large staff team
This role involves working during lunchtimes from 12pm - 1pm, for 5 days per week during term time only. This post is to commence as soon as possible in the autumn term and is offered on a Fixed Term basis until July 2025.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly person who is willing to support children at lunchtimes. Training, guidance, and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
This post is exempt from The Rehabilitation Act and is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. Holidays and non-emergency appointments must be taken during school holiday time.
