What we expect from you
Each JoJo store is unique, whether that’s trading over two floors, having a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting place. Our USP is the relationship we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and local store team. You’ll be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service by guiding, informing, and assisting customers in purchasing our range of clothing and products.
Our principles are rooted in our B Corp status. As we move into digital retail, offering Omnichannel customer service is essential. You will also be responsible for preparing and shipping orders for Ship from Store or Click and Collect services.
A day in the life:
* Assisting customers in diverse situations, from bra fitting to demonstrating baby carriers.
* Preparing Omnichannel orders.
* Liaising with customers via in-store or phone communication regarding orders.
* Using digital learning platforms to develop your skills.
* Learning about new products to increase sales opportunities.
* Listening actively to customer needs and finding the best solutions.
* Maintaining store appearance.
Schedule: A typical week involves one 6-hour shift, with flexibility required based on store needs.
