Construct Recruitment are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team! We are a Kiwi-owned Construction Recruitment Company with over 20 years of experience in the industry based in Acton (30 second walk from Acton Central station).
Duties Include
* Handling calls from clients and candidates and meeting and greeting visitors
* Performing key payroll & finance tasks in support of the Finance team
* Administering health and safety (CSCS) tests
* Maintaining the smooth running of the office
Requirements
* At least 1 years' experience preferred in a Reception / Administration / Office Management role
* Experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience of working with numbers
* Strong organisation and time management - Attention to detail is key in this role
* Friendly, can-do attitude
* The ideal candidate will live in good travelling distance from our office (Acton Central)
* Right to work in the UK for a minimum of two years (sponsorship opportunity for the right candidate)

* Salary - £32,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience) paid weekly
