- Your new firm is a unique and innovative firm of Chartered Accountants working almost exclusively with the social enterprise and not-for-profit sector, providing outsourced finance solutions.
- They act as Finance Directors for many clients and provide payroll, finance support, and management / statutory accounting services. They have grown and is consistently on the back of its market reputation and now has a team of about 39 staff.
Your new role
- Participate in team meetings including knowledge sharing and presenting new ideas and initiatives.
- Identifying potential opportunities with client portfolio for payroll service firms and /or wider firm.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed.
- Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.
- Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years experience in payroll managing multiple payroll services.
- Payroll experience in an accountancy practice preferable
-fortabilitymuting to Alton 4 days a week minimum.
- Strong attention to detail alongside previous clientmunication, both F2F & emails.
