The role of a Car Park Attendant is to ensure the safe operation of the Trust car parks alongside supporting patients, visitors and staff to access our services. The role is extremely varied and you would be joining a small team who all work closely together to provide excellent customer service.
• Engage with patients, visitors and staff to ensure the car parking system runs smoothly
• Assist patients and visitors to use the payment machines correctly
• To provide basic breakdown assistance to the car parking machines and equipment.
• To carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the car parking machines.
• Patrol car parks to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
• To issue warning notices and/or Parking Charge Notices to motorists in breach of the car parking policy and regulations where applicable.
