1. Deliver pre-prepared Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, covering the absence of regular teachers.
2. Foster a positive learning environment, ensuring students stay engaged and supported.
3. Occasionally cover general classes, broadening your experience across the curriculum.
4. Benefit from a clock-in, clock-out approach—no planning or marking required (unless agreed for extended placements, with pay adjusted accordingly).
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience or qualifications in Maths (QTS, A Levels, NVQs, or a related degree is beneficial).
2. Confident and able to lead a classroom independently.
3. Strong communication skills to guide students and manage behaviour effectively.
4. Adaptable and enthusiastic, willing to work in different schools across the Southampton region.
