Performing basic electrical maintenance and repairs on facility equipment. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting electrical issues. Utilising basic plumbing knowledge for facility upkeep. Applying strong DIY skills for various maintenace tasks. Maintenace of CCTV systems. Maintenance of fire alarm system. Maintenace of site security system. Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting. Maintenance of site drainage system. Maintenance of air conditioning and air handling units. Promote the companies health and safety policies across the department and adhere to all health and safety enviromental requirments. Must have experience experience in a similar role. Carry out PPMs on facilities equipment as and when requested and complete on time. Conducting facilities checks and inspections. Supporting with building and facilities improvement projects. Assist with any other activities requested by maintenance manager.
