A leading Midlands practice that has recently invested in their outsourced finance function. This practice now provides a full professional services coverage to its clients through in-house functions and other businesses in their immediate network.
Job Description
* Managing a portfolio of client work for a growing collection of entrepreneurial businesses dealing with all clients' compliance needs ranging from basic statutory compliance to international group consolidations while reporting directly to partners.
* Supporting on various projects.
* Supporting more junior members with daily development and coaching of the team.
* Project managing a slick and efficient process from start to finish, keeping both the client and various internal teams happy, including working capital management.
The Successful Applicant
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or with relevant experience. You will be a good people manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop your team.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience in managing a small portfolio of clients and meeting set deadlines.
